Custom
Software.
Personal dashboards, web apps and internal tools. The software follows how a company works, not the other way round — with AI inside where the work needs it.
Off-the-shelf software sets the workflow. Custom software follows it.
I was a lead developer and ran a digital department for ten years, building internal prototypes for software as an online service (SaaS). That taught me one thing: software gets used when it fits how people work. So I start by looking at how the work is done, and build the software around it.
Dashboards, apps, tools — and the AI inside them.
The numbers and tasks a person or a team actually needs, on one screen.
Applications in the browser, designed and built from the interface down to the data.
Tools for the work behind the work, like my own engine: projects, finance, communication and content in one place.
AI built in, not bolted on. Every AI call is logged and tied to the work that triggered it.
The workflow first, then the code.
First I find out how things are done, what the software has to do and who will use it — before the first line of code.
Interface, logic, data and AI are thought through together from the start, so they fit each other.
The software goes into real daily use early. That's where it becomes clear what's missing.
Software isn't done at launch. I keep refining it based on what daily use shows.
